I would think that tulips would love Wisconsin. It’s really too warm, high and dry for them to be really happy here in the Rio Grande Valley. Reply
They do grow well here – I have a few dozen in the front yard. They keep getting snowed on! I am hoping they survive and spring arrives soon so I get to enjoy them. Reply
