Looks very eerie
It’s and old building, and it does look eerie with ceiling tiles out exposing the wiring and original ceiling that has lots of pieces falling off.
I think I like that stairway… 😉

Yes. It’s just a lot of work getting the cleanup done.

Old buildings look bad once you start stripping away the façades used to hide the original, sometimes crumbling, structures.

Never realized the impact to the neighbors and neighborhood. Huge productivity killer to you, your company, and the rest of the tenants. How come we aren’t hearing about how the other businesses downtown have been affected? Were you just unlucky with the wind direction and the ventilation? Hang in there…
It’s really common to have smoke damage like we have. There was nothing between our upstairs and the smoke to stop it, and Patrician, design next door to the fire, got smoke damage, water damage and structural damage. The fire dept blowing out the smoke really helped a lot, but it still has to be cleaned up.
