Spring’s Springing Again

Spring’s springing again
Missed the dawn, held down by cats
Winter’s cold persists

Standoff

Standoff pink, red, blue
Something in the air tonight
Under heavy clouds

A cold gray morning
As fog hung in the balance
Sound of silence heard

Going with the glow
Blacklight nails in groovy green

Light shines morning rain
Reflecting sun still sleeping
Helps me find my way

Big Dipper at dawn
Then clouds blew in from the east
Gnarly clouds rain fell

Well? What can I say?
I’ll be a monkey’s uncle
Frost on a dew drop

Monday the thirteenth
Second one in twenty-three
One more still to come

Dewku
Dewdrops light darkness
Cling to life on iron curls
Silence folding leaves
