LOL! In Spain they cut their steaks very thin, and we had some that were like cardboard. One time I tried to get a butcher in a market in Madrid, Spain to cut 3/4 in thick steaks for me. He about had a stroke over the mere thought of cutting steaks that thick. I think I finally got steaks that were maybe 3/8 inch thick, but cutting them even that thick gave the butcher major heartburn. Even though they were sliced off of a good, expensive cut of meat, they were still pretty tough.
OR, i’m about an hour and half drive from the Ben & Jerry’s ice cream farm and buy a bunch of their cow’s in the gift shop. With every purchase you get a free tub! 😉
Yep, those are pretty skinny cows, all right! Are they in Corrales?
Yes!
Not even a rack of bones on them!! 🙂

Thanks, Michelle!
Looks like Holstein escapees from Flatland. 🙂
Or maybe board bovine 😉
I think I had one of these for dinner last night. It was like chewing cardboard!

I WANT A WHOLE HERD FOR MY LAWN! 😀
Get out the jigsaw, duck tape, B&W paint, watch a few episodes of “The Handyman’s Corner”, and I think you would be in business! 😉 Thanks!

Much less labor intensive, and you get ice cream in the deal!

And don’t forget the duck tape! 🙂
Life is not worth living without Duck tape. 🙂
