Doppel decided he had had enough of the wild and asked to come inside at 3:00 a.m. this morning. We took him to the vet for an examination and testing this afternoon. For the most part, Doppel is healthy. No leukemia or FIV. However, he does have an infection of some kind. The vet called at 9:00 p.m. to tell us Doppel would be ready to be picked up in around 30 minutes.
When we left at 9:15 p.m. to get Doppel, the moon was covered by clouds. When we got to the veterinary clinic at 9:40 p.m., the eclipsing moon was emerging from behind the clouds. When we left at 10:12 PM the moon was at peak eclipse. When we got home, the moon was covered by the clouds again.

Speaking being out to lunch, I’m going to take a long lunch break from blogging. I’m tired, and I have been having so much trouble with WordPress over the past few months, I can’t deal with it anymore, and I have decided I really need to take a break.
