When I saw this bag of Dum Dum Chewy Lollipops. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that there was something different about these-they have 3 different kinds of chewy centers: sour chew, chocolate, and gum.
I think there was a chocolate center if I remember right. I haven’t seen one in years. My favorite candy was just a plain old Hershey bar, no nuts. I once won a 5lb Hershey bar in a raffle as the contributor was a rep for Hershey at the the time. It was so thick, it took a hammer to break pieces off of it.
I’m not a fan of lollipops. But I would grab the cherry one if I needed to have one.
I did have lollipops of a different kind yesterday… Grilled Lamb Lollipops. They were delicious!
I’m not a fan either. Cherry is one of my favorite flavors and always the least of the flavors in a mixed bag of candies. I don’t like watermelon and there always seems to be more watermelon then other flavors. Thanks, Nancy.
Linda still casts shade in my direction every time we into the bank – there is no way I am passing up one of those suckers…shade eye or not, they are delicious.

Unlike the others, I don’t recall DumDums ever having a choc/chewy center. These were small and cheap. Choc center is TootsiePops.

I don’t remember Dum-Dums ever having a chocolate center, or chocolate flavor. A Tootsie Roll pop, yes on a chocolate center and chocolate flavor.
