Hi Tim, great photos. Amazing how the rain where you are is hit-or-miss. It looks like it was a wonderful evening walk, except for maybe having to bushwhack your way to the river. I love the photo of the lone cattail holding its own, and the last photo is really beautiful, as if to say, “goodnight” with a somber tone. Have a good Tuesday. ~ Mia
Thanks, Mia! The bushwhacking wasn’t bad. I had a photo of Laurie bushwhacking, but I had a 40mm lens on the camera and she thought it made her look fat. So I left out the action shot.
Buon martedì 🙂
Ciao, Simona! I wish you a terrific Tuesday.

You’re welcome, Tim! Maybe next time with a different lens.
Hi Mia! Since we’ve been getting out late and it’s getting dark earlier, I’ve been only taking one camera, and it doesn’t have the skinny lens.
Wow… it’s startling to think that dry cracked ground was under water a matter of weeks ago. Thanks for the walk, Tim. Hugs.
Hi Teagan. It doesn’t take long for things to dry up out here. It also doesn’t take long for the tamarisk to take over either.
The shot of the cattail amid the tamarisk really is lovely.
Thanks, Teagan. That cattail making it’s stand was very worthy of a photo.
