Each time I get surprised by the satisfaction due to a “simple” picture (not that your pictures are so simple ;-), I like to think that the human mind is great: to his eyes, not only the gorgeous landscapes of Mother Nature are a pleasure but also the geometry of the town!
Thanks, Nana! We were tying to decide if the light/shadow patterns in the first photo were intentional in the design of the architecture or circumstance, since we hadn’t notice it before. It looked the wind had torn off some of the fabric cover, leaving parts of the structure bare to form a lightscape below it. The second photo the lightscape is a part of the design.
