You are right. That was a drive by in downtown Albuquerque. It rained most of the day today with a high of only 68 or so. My weather station is showing a half an inch of rain for the day, which has everything very wet. 68 and wet feels cold, especially since it was around 90 when I took the sidewalk photo yesterday.
