I made a cheese burger bocadillo with ratatouille for dinner last night — it was wonderful. Around 11:00 this morning I took a load of stuff to Goodwill, and then stopped by the store around 12:00 to get a paper shredder. While looking for paper shedders I passed by the waffle makers, and since I was hungry, I ended up coming home with a great big waffle make instead of a paper shredder (I didn’t find the paper shredder I wanted). As you probably guessed, I had waffles for lunch. I made a quick buttermilk batter from our old Betty Crocker cookbook, and used the waffle maker’s suggested amount of batter for the first waffle. That turned out to be a little much as some of the batter ran over the edges of the waffle maker. The remaining batter wasn’t quite enough for a full-sized waffle.

You cook too!
Yep! I learned to cook when I was a kid, and I’ve cooked ever since. We took cooking classes for two weeks in Southern France last year, and that was really fun.
Made me hungry now 🙂 beautiful, Thank you, by the way why I don’t know but I noticed that I haven’t been informed about your new post. Love, nia
Thanks. My posts may just show up in your reader. I think you can set it under the list of blogs you follow to send you an email when I post a new blog.
Actually I checked and seems everything is fine but I don’t know why haven’t been informed… You are welcome and Thank you dear Timothy. Have a nice day, love, nia
That sandwich looks so good–I think it wins out over the waffle.
They were both great. Just depends on your mood.
Readin that made me feel hungry! Waffle maker looks epic I must say.
Both the sandwich and the waffle look really yummy! Much better than a paper shredder.
Thanks, Juanita!
i want that sandwich now, wish someone would make it for me– got too much work today to be able to head to the kitchen.
If you were close by I’d make you one:) To much work to get to the kitchen is good for work, bad for getting good food.
Thanks for the offer! I shall keep the picture of that Ratatouille in mind when I make my next sandwich– which is some avocado and salmon and mustard thrown inside wholegrain bread and gulped down between assignments. Almost everyday.
Look good!!!
Thanks!
yummy!!
