Back To Greece And SunriseGarden AirBnB

While I was in Greece visiting Marina and Sacratis, I stayed at their neighbor’s delightful Airbnb. SunriseGarden is a beautiful, spacious house with modern furniture and appliances. There are plenty of amenities, such as coffee and tea, and a large selection of cups, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and utensils. Julia and Vic own the house and operate the Airbnb. They have a superb sense of design, and Julia is an avid gardener, so the property surrounding the house has beautiful flower gardens and landscaping.

If you are planning to visit Greece and need a place to stay that is close to the airport, close to the sea, set in a beautiful, quiet area, SunriseGarden is the perfect place for you.

The sculpture over the dining is brilliant light sculpture.

    • If you are in the area and want to relax for a few days, you would love it. Julia has cats, and Marina and Socratis love dogs. You would have some great company. Thanks, Couriers.

    • Julia has five cats. Meow Meow came inside to visit me. I only saw glimpses of the other kitties. Thanks, Nancy.

  1. Too bad it doesn’t have two rooms! I’ll be going to Greece in July with my sister and brother-in-law (and my beau).

I have a similar light over my table but not with those funky lightbulbs…. hmmmm… ideas have been born!

    • There is a cot for a third person. Maybe you could put the cot by the couch, and one of you could sleep on the couch. Or, even better, two of you could sleep out on the balcony since you will be there in July. Julia seems flexible.

Those bulbs are great. You’ll have to start searching. Thanks, Dale.

    • Wonderful place. I could hear Eurasian Scops-Owls close by every night, but the heck if I could see them. Marina said she has never seen one. Merlin heard a Sardinian Warbler, and I may have seen one, but I couldn’t get a focus on it in the tangled branches to get a positive ID. Thanks, Brad.

  2. That is one gorgeous looking place to stay. Stunning.

This trip has been a cornucopia of fabulousness. Of course I haven’t seen all the posts, and am reading backwards.

    There’s even cats! xx
