I live on a very busy street by a streetcar stop. We could use a public outdoor urinal. Every day, some men urinate in various doorways, in broad daylight. They seem to have no compunction doing it in the most public of places. At least if there were urinals, building doorways would not be fouled.

We get a lot of the same downtown, but they also like to crap at the back door to our office, which makes in doubly worse. Thanks, Resa!
