Ha – a very interesting trip through history. I’d almost forgotten about the ol’ Palm devices. They were quite the thing to have a one time, weren’t they? How quickly technology moves on and leaves the dinosaurs in the dust, even if said dinosaurs out-perform the new-fangled devices in your case.
And it’s not always the best technology that prevails. Remember Beta vs VHS, SCSI vs ATA and SATA, Firewire vs USB and so on? Thanks, Matt!
