Then squirrel teases the Spunk and Sasha all the time. They are the only kitties that pay attention to it. Rosencrantz half heartedly chases it around outside, but he’s not really interested in squirrels. Thanks, Teri!
Good poem, and the misty-looking shot looks great too. When I first moved to the States and my wife and I were looking at apartment complexes to live in, I rated anywhere that had squirrels around the place very highly. 🙂 I still like seeing them.
Squirrels are fun. When we lived in Madrid, we would go to Parque de Retiro, and our daughter would play with the squirrels. They were quite tame and would sit on her while she fed them peanuts. Thanks, Matt!
Nice capture. i like the hazy look that shooting through the window created. November is misty like that. 🙂 ❤
Thanks, Natalie. I like the hazy effect the window created too.
Nice Tim – gorgeous pelt! And you’re a poet? And you don’t know it? ha!! Did you name him/her?
Thanks, Patti! I didn’t name it, but all squirrels are Squirrel Nutkin to me.
Timothy, such a charming poem, and a cooperative squirrel, how lucky. Lovely photos! ~ Mia
Thanks, Mia. The squirrel was cooperative, and quite sassy too.
He came to tell you that you are not alone. He is with you. Wild creatures are smarter than us.
Thanks, Cindy!
So cute
Thanks!
What a “cute” poem to go with the cute squirrel, it made me smile! Lovely post!
Thanks, Eva!
Very Cute!!!
Thanks, Chisa!
Did the kitties see the squirrel and what did they have to say about your visitor?

I like the fact that you live in a place with so many animals!
The pictures are so beautiful and the poetry too! 🙂
Thanks, Sara!
