Ah… no balloons here!
Oh but we do have all year round construction!…. they made a few more mistakes with the construction, so they will fix those now.
This was a Cartier-Bresson “Decisive Moment” which is more natural than people acting like they are holding up the Leaning Tower, etc. Good old Henri knew the moments and their decisiveness. Thanks, Dale.
Absolutely. And who doesn’t appreciate Henri Cartier-Bresson? I know the likes of peeps like you and me, do! He did. He was wonderful. Like you! There at the opportune time!
Actually we’ve had so much rain and already two tropical depressions off of Africa so early, when normally the gulf would be where we’d be watching. Enjoyed the balloon!
Excellent… Love the poem.. Really looks like the balloon is sitting on the bamboo xx 😀
It’s a good optical delusion. Thanks, Sue.
Cool illusion, Tim!
I know it’s not the Balloon show yet. That’s in October.
Must be an advert ballon. x
The balloons fly year-round. We just get lots of them for the Fiesta in October. Thanks, Resa.

Making more work by making mistakes? Balloons fly most mornings out here.
YES!
You’d think we’d get at least a couple of balloons a year…NOT!
Maybe there’s a no fly zone over Toronto.
Interesting. I searched that and I get flying drones. It seems if you need to know where nfz’s are, there’s a special map.
Wow, great shot!!
Thanks, Liz.
You’re welcome, Tim.
Nice balloon in the balloo sky. Maybe a balloo-ku?
A 4Bku, maybe? Thanks, Brad.
Awesome!
Thanks, Michele.
👍🏻
It sure is bending the bamboo! Cool shot my friend!
Thanks, Nancy.
Beautiful 😍
Thanks, Debby.
Great capture!
Thanks, Couriers.
For a moment I thought it was the Balloon fest!
How comfortably it sits on the bamboo! 👌
Many balloonists fest daily out here. Thanks, Marina.
Probably preparing for October!
A lot of balloons are up giving visitors rides. Others are just joy flying.
Joy flying sounds about right!
Brilliant shot. Love it.
Thanks, Shey.
Timing is everything! Love it (and why does it seem less kitschy than when people “hold up” the Leaning Tower of Pisa?)

love the dangling spirit capture of the balloon and the bamboo Tim! great haiku too! 💞
Thanks, Cindy.
I love this shot! Don’t see air balloons 🎈 very often !
Thanks, Holly. Warm and humid where you are. Hot air balloons like it cold and dry. Plus our winds are very favorable for navigating.

Your weather is not very balloon friendly.
Not at all
If it could only bend the bamboo more……. It would then…….. twang…… and catapult the globe high into balloon heaven.
The bamboo does bend a lot more. Thanks, Geoff.
Get ready for lift-off
That is a nice shot, Tim. For a moment I though the balloon festival came early.
Thanks, Lavinia.
♥️♥️
Thanks, Christine.
Nice
Thanks, Ayi.
Another well timed and composed balloon shot…I did better on this one than I did the streetlight one ha.
Sounds likeyou need to take your drugs. Thanks, Brian.
