Cleveland was my first destination on my first trip to the US. I remember very well arriving in the poor suburbs of Cleveland. The man/colleague driving the car warned me to close the car side window and lock the doors ….. Meanwhile I observed life as it is in the poor areas, people do have houses but they are living outdoors …Later I arrived at the place to work, Cleveland Clinic. The place for the rich and famous to get hart surgery…………………
